They’re Coming For *You*

Here’s the latest Hate Crime Hoax for the brainwashed NPC masses to freak out over:

You can tell it’s real because she’s crying. Wow, so powerful. Local Upscale White Blue Checked Liberal NPCs reported to be “literally shaking” because they just care so freaking much about People Of Color and their plight in this miserable hellhole of a country.

Of course it turned out this Erica Thomas, apparently a Democratic State Legislator from Georgia, was totally making it all up, or at least greatly embellishing:

“A Georgia state lawmaker has walked back — then doubled back down on — a significant part of her viral claim that a white man told her to “go back where you came from” during a testy argument in a supermarket checkout lane, after the man denied the encounter unfolded the way she described.

The episode, hot on the heels of a national controversy over President Trump’s remarks directed at four progressive Democrats, quickly made the rounds on social media.

Multiple news organizations on Sunday portrayed the episode as a plausible instance of racism using the lawmaker’s original claim, though she already had tried to clarify her accusations.”

As usual, the Mainstream Press is part of the problem and wasted no time spreading the false story, because the media collectively wanted her story to be true so it could spend another couple days screeching about Whitey.

“He said, ‘go back,’ you know, those types of words,” Thomas said on Saturday. “I don’t wanna say he said ‘go back to your country,’ or ‘go back to where you came from,’ but he was making those types of references, is what I remember.”

“So, you don’t remember exactly what he said?” a reporter pressed.

Thomas answered: “No, no, definitely not. But I know it was ‘go back,’ because I know I told him to ‘go back.'”

It gets even better:

“Sparkes has forcefully denied making the racially charged comment, and in a dramatic moment, showed up in the middle of a television news interview featuring Thomas outside the Atlanta-area Publix store where the initial confrontation had unfolded.

“Did I say that? Is it on video?” Sparkes asked Thomas in front of reporters. He acknowledged calling Thomas “a lazy b—h” because she had taken too many items to the express checkout lane, but he denied the incident had anything to do with race.

He’s right. She is a lazy bitch.

And an entitled one, too.

And a lying one on top of all that.

“Sparkes later told WSB-TV that despite Thomas’ claim he’s white, he is of Cuban descent — and, like Thomas, is a Democrat. Sparkes said Thomas’ accusations were politically motivated.

Pretty rich. The link at Fox News has a video of Sparkes being interviewed by a news crew, and while he’s calmly telling his side of the story, this Erica Thomas interrupts and starts aggressively pointing in his face and lecturing him, “You don’t get any kind of a spotlight, you don’t get anything at all, because you degraded me, you berated me.”

I’m sure she wouldn’t want him to be able to tell his side of the story, because it blows her’s to bits.

Erica Thomas: I can make unfounded accusations of racism against random people and they’re not allowed to have a platform to tell their side of the story because if I call someone a racist that means they’re a racist, period.

How delightful.

She then said, “You think you’re gonna get away with this? No. You’re going to jail.”

Good to know exactly what we’re dealing with when it comes to our cherished Public Servants: anyone who disrespects me goes to jail!

Is Erica Thomas a full-blown fascist, or just really, really stupid? Does it even matter?

So she “walked back” the main part of her story, which was that she was told to “go back where you came from.”

In reality she was just involved in a grocery store dispute with a random guy because she was in the express lane with too many items.

I don’t know about you guys but I still consider Erica Thomas a Victim of Institutional Racism™. We still live in a deeply racist country where a black woman isn’t even allowed to break the “ten items or less” rule at the grocery store.

Notice something interesting going on: the vicious left is no longer only trying to frame and sabotage public figures.

Who was this man that allegedly yelled at Erica Thomas? Was he a prominent politician or public figure?

No, he was just some random guy shopping at a supermarket.

They’re now coming after random average Americans.

You could be the next person who winds up on the news for a supposed act of racism.

We are now at a point where you can just randomly accuse some white (or white-looking, as in this case) person of racism and it becomes a national news story.

Because racism is so prevalent and pervasive in this country that any unfounded accusation of even the slightest bit of racist rhetoric becomes a national news story.

If racism was as widespread and regular as they say it is, why are the Democrats and their accomplices in the media desperate to invent Racist Stories out of thin air?

If what they say about America is true, they shouldn’t have to fabricate Racist Incidents. There would be plenty of real instances of racism to highlight.

Really makes you think. . .

So instead of going after right wing politicians in attempt to smear the right in general through guilt by association, the idea now is to feed into narratives about society at large, specifically the idea that minorities are extremely oppressed and mistreated on a regular basis.

For instance “white person did something mean to black person, thus it’s confirmed that America is racist/sexist/xenophobic, etc.”

That’s what this Erica Thomas story was. It was an attempt to smear white people writ large as racists.

No one is safe anymore.

A day or so after I published this post, an employee at the Publix where the confrontation between Erica Thomas and Eric Sparkes took place came forward and said that it was actually Thomas who told Sparkes to “go back where you came from”:
